The return of the adventures of Vincenzo Malinconico, attorney. Still grappling with the contradictions of the Italian law and of his own heart, our man seems to have given up on love and life, after his latest setback.

Perhaps it is better to stop having so many illusions: after all, he is about to become a grandfather, he is done with women and his career as a lawyer will never take off.

But is it really like that? With a new job prospect, Malinconico could return to helping those who need it most, with his unorthodox methods as a lawyer- psychologist.

Not only that: there is a new journalist in town, a woman who will not be told what to do by anyone. The winds of change will blow in the Malinconico household, but some things never change, like Vincenzo's complicated family and his beloved Salerno, in the background.
